​The ‘Etihad Water and Electricity’ discussed, during a meeting with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, a set of economic packages provided by it to the category of developers and investors, including tariff fees on freehold facilities and connection fees.
During the meeting, they also discussed ways to enhance cooperation and intensify efforts to overcome obstacles and challenges facing developers and investors, and review solutions provided by both parties in order to facilitate and accelerate the pace of real estate projects.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, praised the positive cooperation with the ‘EtihadWE’ and its effective role in facilitating the work of real estate developers and providing them with the best services.
