  • New Vendor Registration fees (AED 1000/-)

  • Renewal of Vendor Registration fees (AED 500/- per year)

  • ​Vendor registration can be renewed 30 days before the date of expiry. After the expiry date, there is a 30-day grace period for registration renewal. Beyond this period, a monthly late registration fine of AED 100/- will be applicable for each month of delay upto a maximum of AED 1200/-

  • Registration is applicable only for local companies whose share capital is 51% or above is owned by nationals; Free Zone Company, branch of GCC and Foreign Companies having a local offices in the U.A.E.

  • The evaluation procedures may take a period of 5 working days. You shall contact the Purchase Dept. after this period, for follow-up on vendor.registration@fewa.gov.ae

  • Please note that we do not accept e-mail IDs with Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail or any public domain.

  • After making the registration payment, kindly visit the PCS Dept. with the copy of receipt to collect the login ID and registration Card within 1 week of making the payment.

  • ​If any vendor needs to change the details of the company, please send signed letter to vendor.registration@fewa.gov.ae

  • If any vendor wants to create another user account to submit alternate offer then kindly send the request to vendor.registration@fewa.gov.ae, and CC to srm@fewa.gov.ae to collect the 2nd user ID.
