How to apply and Procedures
- Open the EtihadWE website.
- Click on Login and select Customer.
- Log in using UAE PASS.
- From the main menu, click on Apply Service.
- Under the Apply section, click on Clearance Certificate.
- Click on the Start Service button.
- Select the account from the Account Number list.

There are three options to collect the Security Deposit Amount:
- Select “Bank Transfer” and enter the “IBAN Number”.
- Transfer the security deposit amount to another account within Etihad Water & Electricity by selecting “Transfer to Another Account”.
- Collect the amount in cash, where applicable.
- Fill in the required fields.
- You will receive a verification code by SMS.
- Check “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and click “Apply”.
- Pay the final bill amount.
- The Clearance Certificate will be shared by email after payment of the final bill amount.
- The service will be disconnected after applying.
Mobile App: Follow the same steps through the EtihadWE mobile app.
Service Centres: Visit any EtihadWE service centre, provide the required account details, complete the request, and settle the final bill amount if applicable.
