Supporting the "Ownership Package in Ajman" Initiative: Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) Collaborates with Government and Private Entities

​His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Ajman government, represented by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, Ajman Sewerage, and "Etisalat by E&". The agreement is part of cooperation to implement the "Ownership Package in Ajman" initiative, supervised by the Department of Digital Ajman.

The project designs a customer journey for property ownership in Ajman, offering proactive services from various government and private entities, significantly reducing the effort and time for the new property owner, and shortening the duration of all service requests from 5 days to only 10 minutes.
The Department of Digital Ajman, in cooperation with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, aims to enhance the quality of life in the Emirate of Ajman through this package by reducing government requirements for property purchase, and providing fast, integrated, and reliable proactive services in collaboration with strategic partners.
The signing ceremony, held at the Ajman Ruler's Court, was attended by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, H.E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, H.E. Dr. Ohood Shuhail, Director General of Department of Digital Ajman, H.E. Brigadier Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mannai, Executive Director of the Department of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, H.E. Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of Government Relations, and H.E. Yousuf Al Ajmani, Executive Director of Ajman Sewerage. Representing EtihadWE at the event was Engineer Salim Mohamed bin Rabeea, Chief Commercial Officer, accompanied by officials and team members responsible for implementing the agreement's terms.
H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi lauded the "Ownership Package in Ajman" project for its significant importance in the comprehensive digital transformation pursued by the emirate's government, its ongoing efforts to enhance service quality, and providing an exceptional experience for customers relying on the latest technologies and modern innovative methods in the government sector.
His Highness affirmed that this agreement would boost integration between the concerned government and private entities to implement this ambitious project, marking a crucial step towards achieving the desired goals, especially those related to enhancing customer experience and facilitating government service procedures, in line with the wise leadership's forward-looking vision to establish Ajman as a sustainable and leading city in various sectors.
