As part of the ongoing reciprocal visits between UAE institutions aimed at fostering cooperation and exchanging best practices and expertise, H.E. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), welcomed H.E. Engineer Yousif Ahmed Al Ali, CEO of Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), at DEWA's head office in Dubai.

H.E. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer praised the continuous cooperation between DEWA and EtihadWE. This collaboration aligns with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and his Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The aim is to enhance the UAE's global competitive position in the fields of clean and renewable energy, sustainability, and green economy. He emphasized the importance of uniting efforts of all entities in the UAE to bolster both energy and water security.

H.E. Engineer Yousif Ahmed Al Ali, CEO of EtihadWE, expressed his delight in meeting with H.E. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer. He deeply valued His Excellency's ongoing efforts in advancing the energy and water sectors, ensuring their efficiency through the adoption of the latest, most sustainable, and environmentally friendly production and operational systems and technologies.
