​The Federal Electricity and Water Authority, represented by the Conservation Department, conducted an awareness lecture for the employees of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, one of the strategic partners of the Authority. ‬‬‬‬
Zein Al Wafai, Strategic Partnership Analyst at the Conservation Department, presented the lecture which was held on the Ajman building (‪X) . It was attended by about 50 of staff members. ‪‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
‬The lecture aimed at instilling and consolidating behaviors to conserve the consumption of electricity and water, and to educate the audience about the importance of the natural resources of the UAE and how to preserve them, guide children to adopt these positive behaviors. The lecture also included a review of the State's efforts in the field of conservation of natural wealth and resources, so as to ensure their sustainability for future generations.
At the end of the lecture, the attendees expressed their usefulness of the information contained therein, and thanked the Federal Electricity and Water Authority for its efforts in raising awareness of rational consumption and sustainability.
