​A delegate from Zayed Volunteering Committee visited the Correctional & Punishment Organization Department in Sharjah, where they were handed over a large variety of books collected under the initiative of "Your book is their light".

The visiting delegate included each of: Omar Al Shehhi, the Manager of Quality & Corporate Excellence, Salama Ghanem, the Manager of Strategic Planning, Raja Salman from Finance Department, Khuloud Al Awadhi from Corporate Communication Department and Sheikha Al Muhairi, the Rapporteur of the Committee.

"Zayed Volunteering Committee" launched its initiative period ago entitled "Your book is their light", through which a large number of new and used books were collected from the staff of FEWA. These books were sorted and categorized and then donated for the inmates of the " Correctional & Punishment Organization Department" in Sharjah in conjunction with the "World Book Day" that corresponds to April 23rd of each year.
