​This week, FEWA has launched the first phase of the Electronic Archiving and Content Management System (xECM), which covers the Customer Happiness Department, and includes various electronic services.
The E-Archiving and Content Management System will greatly help FEWA to reduce time and effort in procedures and transform them into fully paperless procedures, it will also help manage and preserve the digital content.
