This service allows customers to request a refund of the credit balance in their account.

Service Steps

Open the EtihadWE website.

Click on Login and select Customer.

Log in using UAE PASS.

From the main menu, click on Apply Service.

Under the Apply section, click on Refund.

Click on the Start Service button.

Select the required account from the “Account Number” list.

Select the refund method from the “Mode of Payment” list.

Cash: If you select “Cash”, you may authorise another person to collect the amount on your behalf. By selecting the “Delegating to someone else” checkbox, you will need to enter two additional fields: Emirates ID and Full Name as per Emirates ID of the authorised person.

Online Bank Transfer: If you choose “Online Bank Transfer”, enter your name in English as per your bank account in “Name of Beneficiary” and enter your IBAN in “IBAN of Beneficiary”.

Click on “Submit”.

Procedure

How to apply and Procedures

  • Open the EtihadWE website.
  • Click on Login and select Customer.
  • Log in using UAE PASS.
  • From the main menu, click on Apply Service.
  • Under the Apply section, click on Refund.
  • Click on the Start Service button.
  • Select the required account from the “Account Number” list.
  • Select the refund method from the “Mode of Payment” list.
