This service allows customers to view the amount due as per the monthly invoice and proceed with bill payment.

Service Steps

Open the EtihadWE website.

From the main menu, go to the “Services” tab and select “View and Pay.”

Procedure

EtihadWE Website:

Customers can easily pay their bills without logging into their account through the “View and Pay Bill” option.

View and Pay Bill – Steps

  • Open the EtihadWE website.
  • From the main menu, go to the “Services” tab and select “View and Pay.”
  • Enter your account number.
  • Choose your preferred payment option.
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  • Proceed to payment and enter your card details to complete the transaction.

Paying through EtihadWE E-Services Portal

  • Open the EtihadWE website.
  • Click on “Login” and select “Customer.”
  • Log in using UAE PASS.
  • From the dashboard, click on the preferred account you want to pay for.
  • Click on the “Pay Now” button.
  • Select your saved card details or enter new card details to proceed with the payment.

Mobile Phone Application:

Customers can also pay their bills through the EtihadWE mobile application.

Mobile Application – Steps

  • Open the EtihadWE mobile application.
  • Log in using UAE PASS or proceed through the available payment option.
  • Select the account you want to pay for.
  • Choose your preferred payment option.
  • Proceed to payment and complete the transaction.

Please ensure the following:

  • Use a valid credit card and email address
  • The maximum payment via credit card is AED 10,000.00
  • A fee of 0.0068 applies to amounts above AED 10,000.00.
  • Payment is accepted via credit cards issued in the GCC region.
  • The maximum use of a credit card is 5 transactions per day.
