How to apply and Procedures
- Open the EtihadWE website.
- Click on Login and select Customer.
- Log in using UAE PASS.
- From the main menu, click on Your Voice.
- Under Waiting to Hear You, click Log your Complaint.
- Click on the Start Service button.
- Name, Email, Account Number, and Mobile Number will be auto-filled for the logged-in customer.
- Select the Region, Service, Complaint Category, and Complaint Subcategory from the available lists.
- Enter the complaint details in the Details field.
- Click Send to submit the complaint.
Mobile App: follow the same steps through the EtihadWE mobile app.
Service Centres: visit any EtihadWE service centre, provide the required details, and submit the complaint through the service advisor.
Call Centre: contact the EtihadWE call centre, provide the required details, and log the complaint through the customer service representative.
