Procedures & Process

  • The customer shall submit the application to the Customer Happiness Center, and pay the fees related to the study of lines transferring.
  • Issuing the estimated cost invoice.
  • Communicate with the customer for the payment of fees.
  • Customer must pay the fees within 60 days.
  • Starting transferring procedures after paying the fees.
  • Issue the final invoice.
  • Settlement of amounts and forwarding of balance credit or debit (if any).

Documents Required

  • Land Clearance Certificate clarifying the lines of service within the land.
  • Valid site plan.
  • Copy of valid UAE ID Card of the customer.
