Click on Login and select Customer.
Log in using UAE PASS.
From the main menu, click on Your Voice.
Under Waiting to Hear You, click Share your Suggestion.
Click on the Start Service button.
Name, Email, Account Number, and Mobile Number will be auto-filled for the logged-in customer.
Select the Region and Service, then enter your suggestion in the Details field.
Click on Send to submit the service request.
