Open the EtihadWE website.
Click on Login and select Customer.
Log in using UAE PASS.
From the main menu, click on Your Voice.
Under Waiting to Hear You, click Emergency Fault.
Click on the Start Service button.
Select “Account Number”.
The “Region” and “Sub Area” will appear automatically.
Select “Service” (Electricity / Water) and select “Fault Type” from the lists.
In “Image”, upload a picture of the fault or damage, if available.
Enter the emergency details in “Details”.
Click on Send to submit the request.
