​Federal Electricity and Water Authority won the silver award in the class of "Best training program built on the foundations of functional competencies of 2018" among Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, to be the first award of its kind in the Gulf States.

Brandon International Awards is organized in the USA annually, and includes a group of categories in various fields related to the management of the human capital, such as training, leadership development, talent acquisition and others, where they are evaluated on a set of criteria such as the extent to which strategic directions are linked to design, mechanisms of application and measure the return after application.

FEWA obtained the award for "Awnak" program to qualify the staff of customers happiness which was designed in cooperation with its strategic partners "Maarif Group".
