Procedure

​Procedure

  • Open the EtihadWE website
  • Click on Login and select Customer
  • Log in using UAE PASS
  • From the main menu, click on Apply Service
  • Under the Apply section, click on Traveller Mode.
  • Click on the Start Service button
  • Select Account from “Account List”
  • Select From “Frequency” Daily or Weekly
  • Enter the Start date and End date
  • ​Click on Submit to apply for the service

Conditions

Traveller Mode Usage Rules

  • Traveller Mode is available for residential accounts only.
  • This service may be applied for up to two times per year per account.
  • Traveller Mode is used solely to monitor consumption, and any deviations will be highlighted via email.
  • Traveller Mode will be automatically deactivated once the selected period ends, unless an extension request is submitted. Extensions may only be granted for up to 30 days from the initial activation date.
  • This service does not exempt the account from disconnection in the event of outstanding dues. In such cases, EtihadWE’s credit control and disconnection regulations will apply.
  • Activating Traveller Mode has no impact on the monthly billing cycle.
  • EtihadWE is not liable for issues such as leakages, power trips, or internal damages within the premises.
