Open the EtihadWE website.

Click on Login and select Customer.

Log in using UAE PASS.

From the main menu, click on Apply Service.

Under the Apply section, click on Service Shifting.

Click on the Start Service button.

Enter the “Premise Number”, select from the “Service Type” list, and select the meter you want to transfer from the Service Meter list.

Click “Validate Premise”. The owner details will appear automatically in the form.

Select from the “Shifting Item” list.

Click on Proceed.

Select the Payment Gateway by choosing one of the available options.

Enter your card details and click the Pay button.
