Open the EtihadWE website.
Click on Login and select Customer.
Log in using UAE PASS.
From the main menu, click on Apply Service.
Under the Apply section, click on Issue Certificate.
Click on the Start Service button.
Select the required certificate type.
Specify whether you are an existing EtihadWE customer or not under “Existing EtihadWE Customer”.
If you are an existing EtihadWE customer, select the account number from the available list. If the account is not available, enter the account number manually.
Your personal details will appear automatically in the form.
Upload the required documents based on the selected certificate type.
Click Proceed to submit the service request.
