Open the EtihadWE website.

Click on Login and select Customer.

Log in using UAE PASS.

From the main menu, click on Apply Service.

Under the Apply section, click on Meter Related.

Click on the Start Service button.

Enter the Premise Number.

Select from the “Service Type” list.

Click on Validate Premise.

How to apply and Procedures

  • Open the EtihadWE website.
  • Click on Login and select Customer.
  • Log in using UAE PASS.
  • From the main menu, click on Apply Service.
  • Under the Apply section, click on Meter Related.
  • Click on the Start Service button.
  • Enter the Premise Number.
  • Select from the “Service Type” list.
  • Click on Validate Premise.
  • Click on “Submit”.
