Procedures & Process

  • The customer shall submit the application to the Customer Happiness Center, and pay the fees.
  • Issuing the estimated cost invoice (if any)
  • Communicate with the customer for the payment of fees
  • Customer must pay the estimated cost invoice (if any)
  • Starting transferring procedures after paying the fee
