A team from Ajman Municipality and Planning Department recently visited Etihad Water and Electricity Company (EtihadWE). During the visit, they gained insights into the company's human capital management systems. This visit is part of an ongoing exchange program between EtihadWE and its various partners, aimed at strengthening communication channels, sharing expertise, and fostering cooperation.
The municipal team had the opportunity to explore various aspects and areas related to human capital management within the company. This included recruitment procedures, salary and allowances mechanisms, the health insurance system provided by EtihadWE for its employees and their families, file archiving, attendance and leave management systems, among others.
At the conclusion of the visit, the visiting delegation expressed their gratitude to EtihadWE for their warm hospitality and willingness to share their experience in human capital management. They also expressed admiration for the systems and practices implemented by the company in this field and their interest in implementing some of these practices in Ajman municipality.
