The number of users of electronic and smart services in the Federal Electricity & Water Authority reached about 300,000 users, conducted more than two million transactions during the first half of the current year to obtain 9 multiple services.
The Director General of the Federal Electricity & Water Authority stated that the fees payment service represents the largest number of transactions during the first half of the current year, pointing out that the transactions in the service of “Activating the service for the new consumer" reached more than 28,000 transactions, while the transactions in the service of “Issuance of a clearance certificate” reached 16,500 transactions, followed by the service of “Issuance of Land Clearance Certificate” at about 15,000 transactions, and the service of “Approving technical plans” reached 8,000 transactions, and delivery services transactions reached 4,000 transactions.
