As part of its continuous efforts to facilitate for its customers and enhance communication with them, FEWA opened last week its new office in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) that will provide a package of technical, administrative and marketing services.
RAKEZ is considered one of the most important zones in this area, and one of the best 10 small and medium size future economic zones in terms of direct foreign investment. It hosts more than 14 thousand establishment in more than 50 diversified sector at 100 states around the world.
The most important services provided by the Authority in its new office are: collection through credit cards and banking cards, receive a group of application such as installment application through direct debit, application to change owner's name, explain and activate some services via FEWA website, complaints and reports as well as raise awareness among investors about the initiative of FEWA to support the industrial sector.
