FEWA is keen to promote the spirit of joy among its employees and to renew their positive energies, thereby contributing to the promotion of the concepts of happiness in the institutional work environment, based on the UAE Government's vision in this field.
Accordingly, and in conjunction with the World Labor Day which falls on the first of May each year, a series of initiatives have been organized at the FEWA's level, expressing gratitude acknowledgement for the efforts of the staff members, each in his/her field of work.
These initiatives included the honoring conducted by the Personell Welfare Division for a number of staff members of DEWA's office in Dubai, the honoring was attended by the Executive Director of Joint Services, Adnan Naseeb Salem.
The HSE Department distributed gratitude letters to the employee offices in the region as a token of appreciation and recognition for their achievements and their role in promoting the institutional development. Meanwhile, the safety team, in cooperation with the Happiness Team of the Central Region, distributed gift vouchers to the employees.
