Open the EtihadWE website.

Click on Login and select Customer.

Log in using UAE PASS.

From the main menu, click on Apply Service.

Under the Apply section, click on Temporary Connection.

Click on the Start Service button.

Select “Any nearby premise available?” (Y/N).

If “Yes”, enter the Premise Number / Account Number.

Click on Proceed.

Select “ID Type” and enter the ID Number.

Enter your personal details.

Select the purpose of the temporary connection in the “Purpose” field.

Select the duration from the “Duration” list. The fee will be calculated automatically in “Application Fee”.

Enter the required load in kilowatts in the “Required Load (kW)” field and enter the “Connection Start Date”.

Click on Proceed.

Select the Payment Gateway by choosing one of the available options.

Enter your card details and click the Pay button.
