Open the EtihadWE website.

Click on Login and select Customer.

Log in using UAE PASS.

From the main menu, click on Apply Service.

Under the Apply section, click on Permanent Disconnect.

Click on the Start Service button.

Select Property Type.

Enter the Premise Number.

Select the “Service Type” you need to disconnect.

Click on Proceed.

The form details will be filled automatically.

Select from the “Reason for Disconnection” list.

Click on Proceed.

Select the Payment Gateway by choosing one of the available options.

Enter your card details and click the Pay button.
