  • Submitting the application and required documents to Customer Happiness Center.
  • Verifying the documents and creating the application.
  • Paying the applicable fees.
  • Application approval and issuing the certificate.

  • Customer UAE ID Card if the customer holds an account with Etihad WE.
  • Proving the current place of residence if the customer does not hold an account with Etihad WE
