Etihad Water and Electricity Company (EtihadWE) has successfully completed the "Tech Refresh Project," one of its most critical IT projects. Almost all network security components have been upgraded to align with technology trends and enhance overall performance.

      The project brings significant improvements to EtihadWE's network infrastructure, making it more proactive, secure, and protective of data transferred between the company and its customers. It took nearly 9 months to complete, resulting in noticeable accomplishments and almost zero interruptions. This positive outcome reflects well on EtihadWE’s customers and meets their evolving needs.

      To achieve this project, EtihadWE collaborated with Cisco, a worldwide leader in IT and networking, and Alpha Data, a specialized company in the prevention, deterrence, and detection of fraud, bribery, and all other corrupt business practices.
