1. About Manzily:
The Manzily Energy Advice Service is a collaborative initiative between Etihad Water and Electricity Company (EtihadWE) and Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. Its aim is to foster a culture of energy conservation, support Ras Al Khaimah Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Strategy 2040, and contribute to the UAE’s efforts towards climate neutrality.

Enrolment Conditions:
Enrolment to the Manzily Service is open to all EtihadWE customers who are UAE citizens residing in Ras Al Khaimah, subject to the following conditions:
- The account must fall under the “Citizen Residential” consumption category (for a single household).

The account must have a 12-month consecutive history of consumption bills with no tariff changes, canceled or reversed bills, or meter replacement during that period.

The account must not be eligible for inflation allowance

Availability of “Energy Assessment Report” approved by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality
3. Duration:
Enrolment in the service shall remain effective for a period of 3 years unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms and conditions or suspended due to failure to meet eligibility criteria. The aforementioned period begins from the date of approval by "Etihad Water and Electricity."
4. Consumption Reduction Measures:
Rewards are calculated based on points added to the customer's account, displayed in the monthly bill, in exchange for reduced electricity consumption compared to the baseline year (1 AED will be discounted from the electricity bill for every 1 AED saved). This calculation occurs after one full year of service subscription. The maximum reward value is 50% of the corresponding consumption amount in the baseline year.
5. Rewards:
Customers who successfully reduce consumption may be eligible to receive rewards in the form of bill credits, or other incentives as determined by EtihadWE. The amount and type of rewards may vary depending on the conservation measures taken and EtihadWE's discretion. Manzily Project has a specified duration, after which the incentives may no longer be available. The duration may be extended or renewed, subject to funding availability and the project's objectives.
6. Authorities:
- "Etihad Water and Electricity" reserves the right to determine and modify the type and amount of rewards offered under this service. It also has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (in coordination with Ras Al Khaimah Municipality) at any time, without incurring any liability towards customers, even without prior notification.
- "Etihad Water and Electricity" and "Ras Al Khaimah Municipality" retain the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without the need for prior notification to customers.
7. Confidentiality:
Customer information and data collected for the purposes of this service are held confidential and will not be disclosed or shared with any parties not involved.
8. Governing Laws:
These terms and conditions are subject to interpretation and enforcement in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Acknowledgments and Commitments:
By subscribing to and for the purposes of this service
- The customer acknowledges their consent to share their data and consumption rates with the relevant parties for its implementation.

The customer commits to adhering to these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms or conditions set by "Etihad Water and Electricity" and "Ras Al Khaimah Municipality."
