An official document with a specific validity issued by EtihadWE to the requesting entity, marking EtihadWE's installations, and entitles its holder to begin with preparations for the project, against a fee in accordance with the regulations of EtihadWE.

Procedure

Procedure

  • A consultant approved by EtihadWE submits the application
  • The application is processed through the following phases:
  • Submission of application
    • Duly filled application form with all required documents attached, can be submitted in the Customer Services Centers
  • Service Procedures
    • The Technical Section starts with the approval procedures according to the requirements and specifications of EtihadWE
    • The applicant receives No Objection Certificate within3 working days

Required Documents:

  • Land Ownership Certificate / Grant Certificate
  • Validated Land Plan
  • A letter from the municipality
  • Copy of Emirates ID

Service Regulations

  • Certificate validity is 3 months and can be extended once for a similar period without a fee.
  • Government entities are exempted from the fees in case they exempt Etihad WE from the same fees.
