Director of Customer Service Department
(Customer Service Department)​​
  • Bachelor of Management, Customer Relationship Management, or Engineering. 
  • Experience of 10-12 years in the management of customer service and relations with government agencies, including at least 6 years in supervision job
  • Leading and supervising customer care management, developing and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, improving services and saving business costs by customer service department, in line with long term objectives.​
​2 ​Director of Asset Management
(Electricity Department)

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, preferably Masters in Management. 
  • 12-15 years of experience in asset management, including at least 6 years in supervisory position. 
  • Leadership, identification, development and implementation of management policies. Maintaining and preserving electricity network assets in the most effective ways to enhance their value from the business point of view on long-term 
Director of Business Planning
(Electricity Department / Customer Service Department)

  • Bachelor of Business Economics, Financial resources, or Engineering, preferably MBA or equivalent.
  • 10-12 years of experience in business planning, including at least 5 years in supervisory position and dealing with business environment.
  • Management and guidance of the Business Planning Department and coordination with other departments in development of action plan of the Department on an annual basis, including the establishment of measurable objectives for each department, and then monitoring the realized achievements as well as expenditures compared to the plan and budget.
Director of Technical Controls 
(Customer Service Department)

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
  • 10-12 years of experience in electrical engineering works for network connections and services, including at least 5 years in a supervisory job with experience in "LV" and "MV" connections. 
  • Responsible for managing the technical task force to carry out technical duties of inspections and field visits on a regular and effective basis, for the purpose of detecting
